Elva Ives Willey was the daughter of Charles Leon Willey (1865–1944) and his wife Ella Pearl Clark (1868–1937). She was born in Illinois on August 23, 1904.
She married Carl Warner Roberts in Coos, Oregon on September 21, 1930. For more information, please refer to his page.
After Carl’s death, she married Llewellyn George Jones (1905–1993).
Elva died in Portland, Oregon on March 10, 1997.
