Roy Williams Fawcett was the son of Sarah Ann Williams and George Rawes Fawcett. He was born in Toronto on March 13, 1994.
He died of complications of spina bifida in Toronto on March 24, 1894, at the age of 11 days. He was buried at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto.
