Emma was the daughter of Emma Rook and William Worswick. She was born in Goole, Yorkshire on February 4, 1873.

She married Edward Storer in Goole in 1900. They had the following children:

  1. Emma Storer
  2. Edith Storer
  3. Edward J. Storer*

We don’t know when Mary Jane died. The most recent record we have for her is her entry the England and Wales Register in 1939, when she was 71, so her death must have been in 1939 or later.

* For my most distant cousins (the ones not descended from the William Warner who married Hannah Benson and emigrated to Canada in the 1820s), this website (for the time being) only expands the family lines that have been supported by DNA evidence. In the case of this family, only Edward J. Storer‘s line meets that criterion.
