George Rawes Fawcett Jr. was the son of Sarah Ann Williams and George Rawes Fawcett. He was born in Toronto on September 30, 1898.
He died of bronchitis in Toronto on September 4, 1904, at the age of five years and eleven months. He was buried at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto.
