George Carman Penelton was the son of Richard Penelton (1852–1900) and Ellen Emaline Taylor (1858–1930). He was born in Mono, Ontario on June 29, 1900.
He married Glenora Ruby Warner in Toronto on August 6, 1921. For more information about their family, please see her page.
Carm died in Montreal, at the Montreal General Hospital, on July 18, 1986, at the age of 86.
