Fourth Generation: Emma Fairburn < Ann Lofthouse < Mary Warner < William Warner

My 2nd cousin 4 times removed

Emma Fairburn was the daughter of Ann Lofthouse and Jonathan Fairburn. She was born in Wheldrake, Yorkshire in 1863 and baptized there on June 14 of that year.

She married Thomas Nottingham Fowler in York, Yorkshire on July 24, 1887. They had the following children:

  1. Thomas Edwin Fowler
  2. Annie Nottingham Fowler
  3. Amy Fowler
  4. Olive Blanche Fowler*
  5. Ida Fowler
  6. Freda Constance Fowler*

Emma died in Wheldrake on October 3, 1906, at the age of 43.

* For my most distant cousins (the ones not descended from the William Warner who married Hannah Benson and emigrated to Canada in the 1820s), this website (for the time being) only expands the family lines that have been supported by DNA evidence. In the case of this family, only Olive Blanche Fowler’s and Freda Constance Fowler’s lines meet that criterion.
