Clifford Vincent Fenn was the son of Arthur Nelson Fenn (1871–1946) and his wife Catherine Vincent (1873–1948). He was born in Bracebridge, Ontario on August 12, 1896.
He married Marjorie Isobel Fawcett in Parry Sound, Ontario on November 27, 1923. For more information, please refer to her page.
Clifford died in 1975, at the age of 78. He was buried at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Parry Sound.
